I recently stayed at this Le Chanvre Hanoi Hotel & Spa and found it to be more in line with a three-star property, both in terms of amenities and overall experience. Unfortunately, it does not offer value for money, especially considering the rates charged. The facilities are quite basic and do not justify the price. That said, the staff were courteous and polite, which was one of the few positives of the stay. Overall, a standard Le Chanvre Hanoi Hotel & Spa stay, but not worth the cost for what is provided.

Very good location. In the heart of the city close to the lake. All good markets and restaurants are at walkable distances.

overall good stay. food quality was excellent although vegetarian dishes were Limited. spa, steam bath facilities were good. staff was highly efficient and very attentive.
