This hotel used to be good. Too much hype what they are in 2024 compared to 2022. Yesterday a cocroach was roaming around 330am in the bed. Could not sleep, did inform the front desk while checking out. Not worth the money. It will be sad picture of cocorach on bed at 330am. Not to disregard a hotel

Ketan tidke 1/5 an hour ago on google i have a bad service at this grand hotel i m hindu pure vegetarian and they give us a pork while in casino it’s happed but they even don’t understand english language as well. I have spend more than 500$ and they even care and 3 people ones i ask i m vegiterian. And grand hotel receptionist not helping us as well.
