Superb Hotel and Excellenct Service.. Spa number of staff should be more to manage high walkins. Room is spacious, view is Amazing, Miss Thao from Roof Top Bar was an excellent service provider. Neat and Clean, Value for Money, Helpful staff, prompt location, Tall building. front office Baggage bell desk staff should be available to help the customers checking in.

Stayed at wyndham hanoi for 2 nights and the staff provided a free upgrade on the room. Courteous and friendly staff resolving all my travel queries. Hotel is located about 25 minutes from city center which is the only negative otherwise food and everything else is great.
