Our experience at Luxe Paradise was extremely disappointing. Despite paying for an early check-in, we were not provided the rooms early. The hotel lacks even the most basic necessities—no drinking glasses, no cups, and no refills at the mini bar, even after repeated requests. Service was terrible. Staff did not help with transporting our luggage to the room, and simple amenities were missing. The rooms themselves were poorly maintained, with inadequate lighting and no sense of comfort. Overall, the hotel’s service, facilities, and management were far below standard. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for even a minimum level of hospitality. Rude staff with not responsive nature.

When the hotel was old Bit unorganised less space Gym with literally dumbbells and run machine, nothing other than that Also for swimming pool area, it’s very risky to go on the top And breakfast was not good at all

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the lake. Supermarkets and lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is decent. Overall a nice stay

Experience was really good, property was in city centre so it was easy to commune, clean property and staff was cooperative
