Good location of the hotel, price wise also good but the hotel breakfast should have some indian options but overall ok experience

The stay was good and staff was very welcoming but rooms were very small may be because of the area in which the hotel was situated (old city quarter).. even though the room was small they tried to provide each and every basic necessities like bathtub ,balcony, minibar etc.. one more con was their room AC were central AC so it took time ( around 1 hour) to cool the room but when complained about it they gave me a extra power key which kept my AC on for the whole even when i was not in my room so that problem was solved.. Staff is very polite... breakfast options for vegetarian indian foods are less or almost nil except bread butter but that is the story of entire vietnam....RATINGS FOOD (7/10) because i m pure vegetarian stay (8/10) staff (10/10) tourist help (10/10) spa we haven't tried

location was perfect ,everything was just 2 minutes walking distance,staff was very efficient and helpful,breakfast was gud but room size was little small .

location was in a bit busy street..but overall good experience.Nearby indian veg restaurants and overall easy accessibility for day trips like Ha long bay & Ninh binh

The hotel was situated in a very happening area , clean room and nice staff. food quality was good and pool with spa was also nice

the positive thing about this hotel is the location, the rooms seemed much bigger in the photos than the actual rooms, but nice decent and clean rooms.

This property is completely value for money. The staff Kim & Loe were really helpful. They help us to book day trip to Halong Bay at very Reasonable price. Also, helped arranged the cab and 2 wheeler when needed. Last but not the list, location is super perfect. All the famous places of old quarter like beer street, Hoan Kiem lake are just a walk away

the bed in the room has mosquito 🦟 the bathroom was not upto the mark

Before i share anything else, salutes to the enthusiastic lady km for her great energy, bright smile and cooperative nature at travel desk of nostalgia. Room was smaller than expected but it was clean and well managed. I got street facing room and after 7 pm, was lucky enough to see flooded street of old square with soccer fans cheering for vietnam. Annam food joint was at walking distance for south indian food lovers. Overall it was a satisfactory stay. Recommend.

Pros: location of the hotel is really good as it is located in the center of old quarter staff is very polite and helpful rooms are clean and well maintained cons: rooms are bit small compared to what you'd imagine by looking at the photos restaurant only available for breakfast

Cooperative and friendly staff. Suggested a few options to visit in hanoi. Rooms were very clean, i kept. My luggage with them for 10 hours next day and the hotel cooperated and kept it very safe. Breakfast had a few veg options too for indians

Neat and clean rooms with good amenities, healthy breakfast, and very supportive of tour arrangements, airport transfers.

Good stay, comfortable and clean property. Located at very convenient location, everything is easily accessible. But breakfast buffet has very less vegetarion options which was quite difficult. Otherwise, all good.

It is small place in hear of city in old quater, decent one not too good or spacious rooms, breakfast is small. Ut with good taste, theory service in hotel and restraunt is good with good responded

The rooms are very well maintained and equipped. All necessary amenities part of it. The best part about is the location of this hotel, this is right in the heart of old quarter. You walk down and you can feel the vibrating hassle bustle of the city! everything is walkable distance. Overall very good experience
