Splendid Holiday Hotel

It was good experience, all good caffes nearby the hotel, also hotel was like 5* great service, breakfast menu was awesome 🤩 Staffs were super friendly and very helpful. Had great experience would recommend to everyone.

1st day they blames that guest made pillow dark black points on pillow without sleeping or not spent night in room they blame and may be to take money . also request for early check in but didn't given response and they given early check in same time to other European guest .viwe of hotel is horrible from room outside cement sheet home outside window . you can't take car near hotel as no excess road, you have to take your own luggage to hotel lobby near about 100 metres. bathroom water is logging while bathing .

The property is good. Close to all location but we had booked for a city view room and they gave us a view with the backyard and didn’t even inform us. Highly disappointing.

The hotel location is good, right next to church and main market area. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Room was neat and clean and was given what was shown in the pictures. They even tried to prepare vegetarian versions of some of the non veg dishes served in breakfast. The only cons i could think of is the lane in which the hotel is. It's kind of back lane. I would still recommend the hotel.

It's not upto the rating of mm t as it is proposed. By location wise very good. But service wise must improve further. They dint place complimentary water at the time of dining. English speaking staff very few. Also levies surcharges on all additional services sought like motor bike so better prefer not to go for additional services with them

The hotel is located at old quater, a place almost all tourist stay and have adequate transportation across. Though, the hotel is not that big the way photos shows it, but it was nice with all basic amenities. The breakfast was good with mix of toast, fruits, tea coffee etc etc. Should be a good budget hotel the one i know of.
