Worst hotel in Hanoi one should never book terrible breakfast asked for a cab to airport suddenly guy asked more VND no basic facilities

Pleasant hotel with an European touch to it...the aesthetics are really nice in the room. Excellent stay!!

Room is exactly like the pictures , no issues during the stay , good bathroom hot water . The hotel is right in the heart of the city you step out , all the local food and cuisine and shopping right at your door step but also no noise disturbances in your room from the streets. Had a good breakfast .

everything is ok.... but don't have power back up ....in every two hours power cut

Cramped room, frequent power cuts with no backup for lights or lift, average breakfast, poor room service. Avoid at any cost.

very horrible experience. got room at 7 th Floor which was Without lift or elevator. there was frequent power cut for long duration Without any prior information. no emergency light provided in room and not even on stairs. no proper water supply in bathroom. we have to carry luggage on own from ground floor to 7th Floor Without lift or elevator

The location is good, food for indians is average, room is good but its size is small. This place is near to train street and market.

I have booked for lremium junior suit but on the day i checked in they gave me most basic room at the terrace which has no lift and very small space. They cheated us and after lot of complaining and fighting they accepted their mistake. Don't go for this one as their staff is manipulating all the room according to them just to gain more profits. Thier food was okay, but all staff members are misleading guests and many guests dont even know they are giving wrong rooms.

The stay was horrible. The size of the junior suite was smaller than a hotel room, there was no room service available at the hotel and when asked for glasses and plates, they flatly refused. Staff was also not accommodating, specially the one at the breakfast.

I requested for early check in one day before also but it was not given inspite of the fact that some of the rooms were free. They charged equivalent to one full day rent for one room for 3-4 hours early check in

Good rooms with appropriate amenities. Good spread for breakfast enjoyed by all of us. Good and courteous staff extended all possible assistance to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We have booked junior suit room but they given us small room on roof top. The air conditioner was not working.

The property is located at the centre of the city in the old quarter and is in close proximity to the main markets, the train street and the ho ho-an kiem lake. Other monuments are also nearby. The rooms are pretty compact but given that we were roaming out the entire day, we dis not have any issues. I feel the breakfast could have a bigger spread. The hospital staff is also very warm and friendly.

I recently stayed at the grandee collection hotel & spa in hanoi for two days with a friend. We booked a deluxe room and found everything to be well-maintained and comfortable. The amenities were excellent, contributing to a pleasant experience. However, we did find the price to be slightly higher compared to other nearby properties. Despite this, the quality of the stay made it worthwhile. Overall, a solid choice for those looking for a comfortable and well-appointed stay in hanoi.

Decent hotel , staff was polite . requested for early check in, but they charged us .... rooms were good

We traveled as a group and booked 5 rooms for 3 nights and we wanted to extend 1 room for 01 more night. Ms anna (from sales) approached us and offered a price which was double when checked with other otas. She also mentioned that they only have higher category of rooms for that day which was a contradictory statement (where she displayed competence of up selling). Later we got to know from another fo staff that there were enough rooms available within the category we inquired for. And we decided to proceed with mm t and booked the same category of room (which ms anna mentioned was fully sold out. Next day during our breakfast we informed anna that we have already booked it She turned out to be rude and disrespectful and mentioned "you did not book it through me, so your requests will be denied or delayed. She did not even bother to ask about our stay at the hotel for 4 nights. Instead of creating a welcoming atmosphere to the customers, she was rude enough and chip on her shoulder. We would never recommend or visit this hotel again.

Our stay at this hotel in may 2024 was excellent. Room was very good with all the amenities provided. Ms. Jasmine is very helpful at the front desk. Ms. Anna is excellent at her job, providing us with all the information we needed during our stay. Would strongly recommend this hotel for your stay in hanoi.

Amazing stay and easily accessible to main places in and around old quarter. Breakfast was really nice. Good staff.
