Very good hotel but requires a lot of improvement

Rooms are good, but requires deep cleaning. Cob webs are visible on the walls. Restaurant serves only breakfast and no dinner/lunch. This is something which needs to be addressed. Lighting should be immediately looked at, seberal floors lacks sufficient illumination thus seem dark. Staff attentiveness should also improve. So overall, the cost seems slightly high compared to what was provided. However, location is super excellent, close to indian restaurants, ho-an kiem lake, old quarter etc.

Everything was good except no view or window. Packed breakfast on last day was not sufficient. Room was clean. Location is very good. Good for money. Availability for indian food near the Golden Silk Boutique Hotel

Hotel is good. Hospitality is also good. We reached late night still got proper attention and help. Only thing i wished was to have a room service.
