Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel & Spa

The whole experience was amazing from start to end. Heads off to the staff for their polite and welcoming nature. They came to take our luggage to the taxi when they saw us across the street getting out of the taxi to the see off during our departure till the taxi has gone. Provided welcome drink. Upgraded our room for free. Provided all the required info. Breakfast was also good. Fried rice and noodles was there for vegetarians along with boiled corn and sweet potato. You will not even get this at other Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel & Spas. Location is perfect. Lake and night market are like 200 meters away. Train street is 1km. Our stay was perfect

Our stay at Hanoi Emerald Water and Spa was a fantastic experience. The Team at The Hotel were exceptional and helped us with local travel and tour bookings and assisted us with a lot of local information. I found them to be very courteous and professional. The Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel & Spa is located in old quarter and is close to most of the tourist attractions and shopping activity.

Fabulous Property and Staff members ! this Property is located ín very popular local market and city hub called Old Quarter !! staff is fabulous and very supportive and specially front desk all staff is very helpful mature. I Travel more than 15 countries but never find this kind of hospitality. Must Must Must refer this Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel & Spa one can not be disappointed.

Staff at this Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel & Spa is always available to help you out with even a smallest request. Room was clean and in excellent condition. Location is best too as it is very close to walking street within old quarter.

Excellent Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel & Spa with good location. Everything including tourist places are nearby. House keeping and breakfast was good. Best thing is all the staff is very cooperative and helpful.

centrally located , decent property with all amenities needed. very hygienic non smoking rooms . food is nice. staff are very cooperative, ever smiling and soft spoken

Ambience was v good. Staffs were too friendly & helpful. Breakfast should have included some more Indian items.

It was amazing. Staffs here are so welcoming. We wanted to go out but the rooms were so comfy that we chose to stay in the room only.
