Tirant Hotel

The location of the property is excellent. It’s right in the middle of old quarters and very near to the lake as well. Lots of eateries around and very nice to walk at night.

Perfect location, good hospitality. Indian options for breakfast are limited, but still good. Staff was very attentive towards details.

Our stay was enjoyable. All staff was kind, enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are new, clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was good and many options, though should be offered more varieties. We also dined at the skyline restaurant, and it was good and very relaxing. The hotel has this wonderful rooftop area, which will sure be the hot spot in hanoi. Definitely worth our money (we book an executive room, which comes with a balcony with a street view. Most of the shops are close by, like bike hire and curreny exchange. Good coffe shops are near by too. We would be happy to come back.

I enjoyed my stay here thoroughly. It's right in the middle of the old quarter. Very easy to explore and near to all tourist places. Highly recommended.

Not Worth much the amount we paid

Hotel is located in the middle of market. We can walk and explore the whole area. A lot of foreigners stay in that area. Staff is amazing and very helpful. I requested them to arrange local tour for me 10 days in advance and when reached the hotel I saw that they had all the information stored in a proper format in computer and a proper printout was also available at reception for reference of staff available at different shifts. They arranged transfer from and to airport, good soups were used Toyota, fortuner and Innova. In short everything was organised. I loved their rooftop restaurant. We can see the whole city from there. They have a small pool also on the rooftop.
Room was perfect but specific room allotted to me was a little small in size but for single occupancy I believe it was fine. Location of hotel is ideal. There is market area all around so any kind of shopping can be done there easily. Hotel staff is amazing, very helpful.

Location is great if you wants to stay in center of Ha Noi, its just 2 minutes walk from lake, foot market area, friendly and helpful staff, always greet when you walk down, could not go to their rooftop pool and bar.
