It was fantastic quiet place in the middle of busy street very accessible to major tourist attractions

Everything excellent. Room, breakfast and above all great hospitality. They take extra effort for your comfort

Oriental jade is a perfect hotel to relax and enjoy the great hospitality of its staff who are always eager to help you. Its location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the charm of the “old quarter”- and also for morning evening walks at the lake.

The room was a bit small and congested considering it’s recommended for a family of 3. However the all the facilities and amenities provided by the hotel was excellent.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast is delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is very close to the lake in old quarter. Hotel is clean. Breakfast buffet had some fruit options and eggs. No indian food available.

Good hotel good ambience nice food

We checked in at around 10:10 pm. Their kitchen was closed. In-spite of requesting, they even denied to provide or arrange for a loaf of bread. Finally after a lot of discussion, the front office agreed to order for a pizza from outside, which came after more than an hour (almost at 11:30 pm, and it was horrible. Had to throw it to dustbin.

Perfectly located for a short tourist trip to hanoi. Close to the old french quarter, with most of the places within walking distance. The hotel has nice rooms, a bit small though. The views from the room are average.

Do not expect a landscaping like a 5 star hotel. Room size is very small. I booked emerald room but it was so small that i had to upgrade it with charges. On the other hand all the staff is very nice and responsive. Sky bar was non functional. Restaurant has very few options for indian vegetarian people.
