It was a good experience. Neat and clean rooms. Rooms had a fully furnished kitchennette along with all utensils and cooktop. washing machine also in the room. There is a Starbucks right at the property - adds to the convenience. Breakfast buffet doesn't have Indian options, but there are some vegetarian options available, along with fruits, breads, salads etc.

The Somerset West Point Hanoi service and overall stay was good, it’s not close to the main area so you ll have to take cabs everytime. Staff were very polite and helpful. Over all it a good place to stay
