Terrible Stay

The service was not good they were very rude and even didn't clean our room even a one day didn't even provide water bottles. And please do not book any trip from there they charged their commission. The person there jam-es was charged 10 dollars extra to check in 2 hour early they didn't even tell us before checking because it's 2 hours we can wait in the lobby.
