Nesta Nesta Hotel Ha Noi was very clean, reception, staff was polite and humble, they know the value of customers, food was delicious, massage service was the best, as such we got completely satisfied in every angle of service, we would like to recommend our friends and families to book Hotel Nesta, whenever anybody are visiting to Hanoi at Vietnam. I love people of Vietnam.

The location of the Hotel was prefect. The room was clean and staff was very polite. The Hotel is very safe for everyone. Though they could have kept few more options on vegetarian food!
