Visited Hotel For Stay On My Family Vacation. Hotel Is Good. But Rooms Are Very Small. Not Enough Options In Breakfast.

We stayed at 2 properties in Hanoi and paid almost the same price for both. But the services offered by Aurora were 100x better. The location is perfect.

Location was excellent in the middle of old quarter. Ms. Jenner at front desk was very helpful & concerned with my wife 's health as she was sick when we checked in.

The stay at hotel aurora was very good, they had a deceny staff and very helpful. The rooms were excellent and the house keeping staff were top rated, they always kept the room in top condition. I had problem with only the bed, where i couldn't sleep properly, that may be a psychological problem also.
