I recently had the pleasure of staying at bespoke in hanoi, and i must say, it was a fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the check-out was incredibly fast, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. One of the standout features of this Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi (formerly La Siesta Trendy) was the hospitable and polite staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The suite rooms at bespoke were spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a day of exploring hanoi. The attention to detail in room maintenance did not go unnoticed. Very applaudable service by mr. Tunga and mr. David hieu. Mr tunga helped us to finalize the halon g bay tour. Mr. Hie u was always available for anything and everything. Overall, our stay at bespoke was exceptional, and we wouldn't hesitate to return in the future. From the efficient check-in and check-out process to the staff's warm hospitality, this Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi (formerly La Siesta Trendy) truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend it!

During our stay we had the pleasure of being looked after by Emma Van Lee and I must say her service was exceptional! She was incredibly polite, attentive, and professional. Emma ensured our comfort, especially when it came to my wife's specific food allergies. She took extra care to coordinate with the kitchen and made sure she had safe and delicious meals throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and willingness to help truly stood out. Thank you, Emma, for making my stay so memorable and stress-free! Highly recommend her exceptional service!

Loved the hospitality, they offered an airport drop even though we checked out from the Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi (formerly La Siesta Trendy) the day before. The staff is very friendly and very very helpful in every regard. The only downside I would say, is the fact that the rooms are really small. apart from that, it’s a great Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi (formerly La Siesta Trendy), clean nd tidy rooms, amazing location.

Although i stayed in this Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi (formerly La Siesta Trendy) only for one night having two rooms with my parents. As a pure vegetarian we were not able to find any veg breakfast that can fill our stomach but here they provided a menu from which you can order anything. Excellent welcoming staff and also they provided some souvenirs while checking out.

Located in old city with great walkable proximity to many site seeing location. Breakfast was amazing, specially for Indian Vegetarian, the spread is good. Being in old city, though the property is small but rooms are really spacious clean and hygienic.

Great Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi (formerly La Siesta Trendy). the staff is very courteous and attentive. Breakfast spread is wonderful. the Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi (formerly La Siesta Trendy) is in the heart of old city and you can walk to all places including the train street.

It's located near to many attractions in hanoi. Amazing hospitality. Lovely staff. Rooms may be a little tight for some but overall an excellent experience due to hospitality extended. Would recommend to friends and family.

The staff was very friendly especially those at restaurant, they were very hospitable and compassionate and helpful. It was a great stay.
