The charms of the old quarter have a cascading influence on this place and vice versa. I was looking for a property which is located in Old quarters such that I didn't have to spend time commuting to places of interest. The check in experience was fantastic, Henry (customer relations) was helpful and willing to go that extra mile to ensure we were made at home. He not only gave us an overview of Hanoi but also provided important dos while visiting places such as the Ho Chi Minh Museum, Hoa Lo Prison, train street, night market, Ngoc Son Temple. The breakfast options were great with variety of cuisines. The staff in this La Sinfonia del Rey Hotel & Spa will do what it takes to make you feel special. Rooms are clean and neatly kept, the HK team does a good job to ensure the rooms well maintained. Overall our stay was memorable and value for money. If we visit Hanoi next time it will be La Sinfonía del Rey Hotel & Spa for sure. Thank you once again. Special thanks to Henry and Trang (at the restaurant) for being customer obsessed and making us feel special!

Very good La Sinfonia del Rey Hotel & Spa to stay in. The staff are amazing, rose and vu, both are super efficient, helpful and gracious. The La Sinfonia del Rey Hotel & Spa is clean, well appointed rooms, art, and the breakfast centre is amazing. The lake is a min away, so location, staff, La Sinfonia del Rey Hotel & Spa and the kind caring attitude make it a great place to stay in.

I stayed 3 night in this La Sinfonia del Rey Hotel & Spa. The staff are all very friendly and kind. Room is clean and amenities also good. My flight was evening flight so i went for sightseeing till afternoon and the La Sinfonia del Rey Hotel & Spa staff suggested me for taking shower to be flesh up. I want to stay in this La Sinfonia del Rey Hotel & Spa again for my next travel.
