it's centrally located in down town....food is good, service & people are very cooperative & guideful

Tiifany and Elsa were really helpful during time I stayed here. The restaurant was amazing and their pho was the best. The location was good, it's close to a lot of places especially the lake and night market. The room was cozy and clean Would stay here if I come back to Vietnam

Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa was very well located in Hoan Kiem / Old Quarter. Restaurants, souvenir shops and massage parlours were all within a walking distance. Infact the night market was close too and we could stroll through it at leisure without worrying about getting a cab back to the hotel! The place is clean and staff were very cordial and helpful. They suggested places to eat and see around town and also helped with booking a cruise from Halong Bay. Breakfast was good too.

The property is very neat and clean. Excellent location within the Old Quarter. The staff is very polite and extremely helpful. The room was very nice with all amenities. A lovely stay.

The rooms were very small. We booked 2 deluxe rooms. They had a window with view if just 1 feet as it was adjoining other building. So it felt suffocating and the rooms were very small.

This is a small boutique hotel in the hanoi old quarter. It gives you an experience of the rustic life with personalized experience. There was an issue with the check-in and i ended up get-tin an upgrade. The front desk leader andrew is awesome. He helped me plan my trip to ninh bin h and t rang am. He went out of his way to fix some issues for me. My experience has been very good. I strongly recommend this place.

Location of the Hotel is very good. Staff is very courteous and always smiling. They are helpful. As I was leaving early kate packed breakfast for me that was a exceptional. Overall excellent experience and will recommend my friends and family about this Hotel. Excellent keep it up.
