Great apartment and amazing location.. You get everything which you may need for comfortable stay..everything was just a few min walks away.. more imp is how honest and generous these people are.. I forgot some cash(Good amount) in the apartment and moved to my next destination. Hotel people informed me about the cash they found, communicated with me via WhatsApp, and helped me in getting cash in different city. When I thanked them, they said " Sir it's your money, and belongs to you". Amazing people with amazing honesty.

We had a comfortable two day's stay in the property. It is centrally located and very close to the old quarters and the lake. The market is also close by. The Ficus Suites Apartment staff was very cooperative and helped us in booking a cruise to Halong Bay, airport drop, etc.

Apartment is located at the prime location making it highly accessible. Its proximity to train street and Ho keim lake is the main USP. Apartment had all the needful facilities like AC, kitchen , bathroom. Staff was kind and supportive.
