Our experience at the JM Marvel Hotel & Spa was exceptional. The hospitality stood out, with the staff being consistently warm, courteous, and helpful. A special mention to Jayce, who went above and beyond to ensure everything—from our airport pickup to the check-in process, the stay itself, and even our airport drop-off—was seamless, despite being on leave for two days during our visit. The JM Marvel Hotel & Spa’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Overall, a fantastic stay and truly great value for money. Highly recommended!
