Terrible stay experience. Neither the hotel, nor the amenities, or staff were good. A big 0. We had an early morning flight and since the room included breakfast, we asked for a packed breakfast but it was also not given! Better hotels are available at better rates and better amenities! Please avoid!

Paragon was my last stay in Hanoi after multiple hotels in Vietnam. And this was the worst stay! Location, food, ambience, staff. I will rate 0 for all. Not at all welcoming. It's better to stay a little far in the city with better amenities.

Nice hotel with nice rooftop pool. Proximity to the airport is a plus. Good for short stays. Rooms are clean.

Property location is close to airport and room is very spacious. Swimming pool is good. They took lot of time to prepare food and deliver to room. The food options are limited.

The location of the hotel is the biggest plus point for traveller's who need to depart or have connections from airport. This hotel is newly built and all furniture is in good condition. The staff is however unable to understand english for which we needed google translate app. We also had pick up dome from airport at usd 4 per trip for a group of 4 pax. The breakfast was limited in choice foe vegetarian pax
