Montreal Barsha Hotel, Near Mall of Emirates

Montrail is very good and it's a quite good location. Also very nice hotel And Montel Motel is very clean and tidy

good service, decend size room, quite ambiance, near to necessities store and restaurant, near to mall of emirates.

This was a beautiful property and extremely clean and strategically located. It would recommend all travelers

Location is great. Amenities and Services were pretty good too. Didn't try much of the food to comment.

Stay was ok but they need to improve more on the hotel cleanliness. Floor carpet looks dusty and not clean and toilet bowl and sink a bit moldy with black stains. Towels in the swimming pool not available during my stay. Reception needs to be more confident in handling their guests.

The cleaning was not done They did the same bedsheet for 4 days Only last day when I say that please change the bedsheets they did on 5th day Otherwise they were using the same bedsheets for 4 and a half day No coffee tea was provided only when I asked for that twice in 5 days they gave only for 2 time Bathroom was not cleaned a single day

We didn’t order food but the stay is so comfortable also the location is near easy to access there n

location is far away from metro. need to walk 25 min for Lulu and metro. Hotel is very average. not much cleanness.

I was very disappointed..I was booking thru my trip then when I was check in ,the reception told me no booking under my name, how its possible?I got a confirmation email and everything..the hotel didn't gave me any rooms even I had a booking confirmation already and in short I lost my money and not even helping me how to get a refund from my trip...I don't believed that the hotel don't have any transactions with this make my trip. com.i was really disappointed...

I recently stayed at your hotel from 8/3 to 10/3 to and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the poor cleanliness and hygiene standards observed during my stay.

Room is spacious, staffs are okay, overall good experience. Only issue we experienced is that the mini fridge doesnt work, but overall okay

Horrible experience, upon entering the room there was a foul smell, the most disgusting thing was all the towels in the bathroom was not changed they had hair on them, they were only folded and kept in, requested for new towels asap no one came by, and middle of the night there was a water leaking through a ceiling light, which they took an hour to fix. Stayed in this hotel before few years back but now the standard is not on par like it used to be !

First of all my issue is with the reservation from makemytrip, definitely i won't use it again. I booked on 17th until 19th jan, and i missed my flight and tried to modified the dates yo 19th until 20th jan and the cs told me that she will contact the hotel property and will get back to me to update me and no ones even told me a single word, i tried to contact them again and unfortunately i couldn't reach out anyone, and for me it's totally q fraud and i won't recommend it to anyone especially that i didn't ask to refund anything, just modifying the dates. And i will do a harsh review for makemytrip and the hotel in every way possible for how i suffered. The hotel stuff is not friendly enough to even help to solve any issue they are partners with you. It was a very disappointing experience and i will never do it again and i will write in every way possible to not let anyone pass through my experience.

There twin bed rooms are not good and beds are not comfortable to sleep. Bath tubs are small and taps and switches are very old. They need to replace them. King bed rooms have comfortable beds but rest things are same.

Floor have water,, 2 time inform, they no response

i recently stayed at Montreal Barsha Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. However, firstly they need to changed the led to smart tv and screen in our room we were unable to connect to the internet to access any content, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this hiccup, everything else was satisfactory, and we appreciate the efforts of the team to ensure our comfort.

Bas expireance they give us a single bed but we book large bed
