Each staff member, from the front desk personnel to the housekeeping team and the restaurant staff, demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence. Their dedication to ensuring every aspect of my experience was impeccable truly made my stay exceptional. As it was our marriage anniversary and you guys make our day more special by decorating our room, serving us complimentary cake. I want to appreciate each and every effort you made. I was particularly impressed by our villa attendant bowwy, tan, and restaurant staff tum. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond expectations truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Moreover, the facilities and the resort's serene ambiance provided the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment. The seamless coordination and care put into every detail did not go unnoticed and contributed significantly to my delightful experience. The location was exquisite, i am so thankful that we planned our trip to naka island, we loved the untouched beauty the place has. The food: chef sandeep was really kind enough to make us some indian food as we were really needed a home cooked kind off meal, during the sunset ceremony he also en-lighted us with a history of naka the facility was top notch, we required cleaning in our pool it was done immediately and every morning they checked and make sure that the ph levels were proper, cleanliness was a, they provided a bug killer as well as body mosquito repellents. Just have to say that the area where the bathroom is, it can get hot as we are showering, packing or even brushing because of the weather, one fan really doesnt help, neither can you leave your room door opened to the bathroom because of the net all around the bathroom area, there was 1 hole in the net enough for mosquitos or bugs to enter, i must tell you during the nights i was scared and asked my husband to accompany me as i am really scared of insects wet-her it be even a cockroach, apart from that they have kept a coil box outside of the villa near the pool, they could have lit it when they come to make the bed ready for sleeping, but we were left to be bitten by the mosquitos if we wanted to sit out.

It’s a very beautiful property- must stay amazing experience but there is no such shops like seven eleven etc. around this island- gym area is too good The Naka Island, a Luxury Collection Resort and Spa, Phukets staff is too good breakfast is too good- over all must stay. But one thing romper it’s in outskirt of Phuket taxi will cost you a lot of money. I personally I advise you tie up with local driver pick and drop.

Stayed here with my husband. Their villa is so beautiful And romantic. Had A great time here. I've stayed at A lot of great resorts but i've never felt The feeling of oh I don't want to go back. But I felt that after staying here

Great experience!the ambiance at my grill naka was incredible. Love the chill vibes at the pool lounge and chill with an ice cream.
