the rooms were okay. the host has the absolute worst attitude towards customers. she wouldn't let us check in a minute before the check-in time although we offered to pay extra for an early check-in.

Location not good as it is far from the main area and had to spend lots for rental car, room wasn’t cleaned even after we told them twice . The room overall was okay as compared to the price

If you want to stay alive in Phuket,don't select this piece, staff on the front is a nazi army officer.moreover your life is balanced in room because mosquitoes and bed bugs are balancing it with each other

Location is good, and room size decent. but bath tub not useful. if you are looking nearest from patong beach then you can consider.

Some of the points (out of many) that had upset me are: 1) continuous water leakage from wash basin, 2) poor air flow from air-condition + no fan, 3) no room service during our four day stay, 4) no one remains available in the reception to share our concern, 5) in case someone is available in the reception, he/she is not willing to help at all, 6) no cleanliness, 7) you will get 1 set of towel, water bottle and tea condiments only once, no refill or replacement on daily basis, 8) mosquitoes. In all, a pathetic stay.

Neat rooms with affordable price.

Location is far from city centre or beach , aircondition was not good daily cleaning was not done and toiletries was not changed every day .

Everything was good, only mosquitoes were the problem rest all was perfect, more than value for money

Very small room, queen size bed. Not fit for 02 persons. Poor house keeping.
