Jiraporn Hill Resort Patong

the wifi conmection is very poor and it wont reach top floors. please dont book on top floors. even the wifi connection was intermittent throughout the building. While booking cabs most of them will not come to lobby to pick up.

very beautiful room, manager and staff behaviour is very good. lovely breakfast. location is good. clean bedsheet and towels

i had a deeply disappointing stay at jiraporn hill resort. the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of hospitality. what made matters worse was the unmistakable sense of discrimination—they treated certain guests far better than others based on their ethnicity or background, which is unacceptable in any setting, let alone a hotel. the overall experience left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. for a place that markets itself as a destination of relaxation, this was anything but. i strongly urge management to address these issues and train their staff in basic courtesy and respect for all guests. would not recommend this hotel

This hotel did not have good breakfast menu, no one to pick up luggage to the room, the wifi was not working at all, the room service was very bad

The stay in jiraporn hill resort patong, phuket is just ok, but its worth for money. The beach and the city is in driving distance, the hotel providing rentel bikes so that was very easy to go beach and city

Hi we have booked this hotel from mmt, there is too much less amenities in the bathroom, but mmt shows too much amenities.

The location and rooms are good. Rental bikes are also available. Happy stay. India restaurant available in front of hotel

The location was good, room was amazing and the service boy (the receptionist) was very helpful with the amenities as well as with the city tour.

Rooms were not same as shown in pictures, service was also not good and breakfast options were also very limited

Hotel is ok, clean and spacious. But location is not good. Far from the beach, patong night market, bangla road. It is located at the base of a hill, so you need to walk little bit. Better to choose hotels near the beach area. Because taxi price is high and waiting time is more in this area.

Horrible stay. Firstly, this property is not at all maintained. there is no security, no telephone in room to connect reception, lizards were everywhere, room furniture was too old, with white ants. No hot water available in bathroom, we did not feel like using bathroom as it was so very dirty. Further, to go to hotel, the road is very steep it's risky in the night. We did not dare to eat breakfast as we saw the dirt everywhere. We stayed here for only 1 night and ran away. In reality, it's different. To conclude, it's dreadful experience. We don't want other people to waste money and ruin their holidays

Do not book this hotel unless you have to hike the mountain to get to your hotel. You have to climb minimum 20m

Property’s location is a bit inside from main patong area. Facilities are basic. Breakfast options are extremely limited. Reception staff is very helpful and they can help you out with scooty rentals and cab rides to airport bus terminal.

Great hotel, great management had very good experience staying here. Manager guided us from tours in phukeet to airport taxi. Kudos

Please don't fall for the photos unloaded here. It's nowhere near that. We checked out immediately as the room and hotel looked shady. Even the surrounding of the hotel is not good.
