when we went to check in they said it is full and they don't have room available so we had to find another stay in peak season. worst experience ever.

They didn’t provide us room, We reached at hotel on 7th October as we booked and paid for that day unfortunately our flight was delayed and we reached midnight, but they didn't provide us room and said it's full. We show that booking that we already booked that room. How come you're saying that we don't have any room to give you? It was terrible experience

they don't. give the room full paid the amount when we reach the hotel they told us that the rooms are full. so we choose another hotel .
