Verandah Hotel

The reception area & service was good. very neat & clean hotel. luggage you have to carry to your room.. staff are very humble.

The property is very asthetically designed with all amenities required. Located at a walking distance from the beach. Highly recommended.

We included breakfast with our stay and there was no veg options in the breakfast except bread and butter. It was difficult to eat those bread butter for continuous three days and when we had a word with chef they didn’t bother i have been to other hotels in thailand and whenever we requested chefs they prepared some other options for us but here nobody was concerned. Another things we had to take our lagguage to room by our own and there was no dental kits and shaving kits provided in room and was simply kept on reception area and nobody told us about that we noticed that by our own that too on last day.

Stayed near Ao Nang Beach. Location was perfect.

The hotel is looking quite new, with only a few rooms on each floor. Its in proximity to Ao Nong Beach and surrounded by restaurants. The staffs are very helpful and really make the place feel welcoming. The rooms are well kept and clean. Even though they don't have a swimming pool, they have allowed to use it from the nearby hotel. They have arranged a coffee and bread for our early check out at 2:30 am.

This is mostly a self service Hotel with no pool and no room service. They have a pool with another Hotel which is walking distance but why would someone want to book a room in one Hotel and use the pool in another. Also, the washbasin is right in the room which felt very unhygienic when I stayed there. Stay there only if you want a place to sleep and ain't grossed out by the presence of a wash basin in the room. Imagine having to brush your teeth and people looking at you.

Swimming pool is far from Hotel building.

Around 4 am someone knocked my door continuously and then power cut in the room also land phone got dead. Totally horrible situation. I phoned my friend and he informed receptionist after half an hour back to normal. But it all ruined my peaceful sleep.

The hotel is at a very convenient location and has a very romantic Moroccan set up. Very close to the shops and various bars and restaurants. It is at a walking distance from the beach and city center. The rooms were very clean and they would make up the bed daily. Breakfast was also good. All rooms are non smoking rooms at this property.
