Terrible Stay

Hotel had denied booking, i had to stay somewhere else, and the worst part is mm t customer service is only taking 10 times for 4 hours and i am waiting with bag and baggage on road in await of confirmation from make my trip customer care.

Need to improve the cleanliness

Had booked for 3 days, and further extended for 1 day, at the hotel. Due to festival (Dushera), the hotel had skeleton staff working. Even their regular cook was on leave. So the breakfast served had limited options. The water running in the taps was very dirty. The rooms were not cleaned daily (cleaned only once during our stay). The hotel staff present were very polite and helpful though. They tried their best to accommodate and manage.
