It is in the fourth floor. You need to change to two lifts. No complimentary breakfast for on line booking. Whole hotel looks deserted. Phones do not work. Absolutely no security. Family I suggest to avoid.

Breakfast buffet is not good

The buffet items are always same and very few. Corridors of each floor has cigarette smells. Room was not cleaned on last day and not water bottle provided.
Room was smelly and also the corridor was having smoking smell all around. Reception team were not professional.
