Terrible Stay

Its a terrible experience there in hotel , as we have 3rd floor and lift is not working in hotel , washroom door is not working properly , hotel kitchen is very poor means zero quality of food ... and the room category that we have selected is not given to us , as we have selected superior room but we got standard rooms . There is much more to say for the hotel ...in end i will say its terrible experience there and please remove this hotel from your app so that no one can suffer as we .
