Staff wa rude… at breakfast they didn’t even had hot milk after many requests they didn’t even tried to solve problem

Very clean rooms, amazing stay good, peaceful location, pure European vibes, good amenities, breakfast was decently. Good service was good.

Ut was awesome nice room hotel staff was helpful and room cleaning was also good everything was available 24/7 airport transport bus also available every 25 minutes and only charge 1.3 mant

My stay at Parkway Inn was absolutely fantastic! The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff, especially at the front desk and in the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to Nizami Metro Station.The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Azerbaijan.

This property is value for money. It is one of the most affordable places you’ll find in that area with access to main city centre and public transport within walking distance. The rooms are spacious with adequate facilities. Staff is very cooperative. Food is good. We kept our luggage at the reception for 7 hours and there was no issue in doing so. Overall a 5 star rating experience.

The overall stay was pleasant as the hotel rooms were very nice and all the amenities were good. this is a new property and food and ambience is also nice.

Food was good, facilities was average and location was the best, they charged me separate for the child as i told them earlier when i did the booking that the reservation happened without 1 child and need to add and they said they have to charge me when normally if it's with a child it's free and they charged 20azn per day which is not fair

We had booked for one day and checked in early morning which means still we had 5hours to check out, but the hotel guys weren’t cooperating for room allocation

It is a beautiful hotel and breakfast is taste. Nice service is given by hotal. Bed is also so relaxing. Hotal is near metro station

The location was good. Its perfect spot with every tourist spots nearby. Food was average since there was no much options. The room i had was not that great since there was a bad smell coming from the toilet. I have raised it to the reception multiple times but it was of no help. They have cleaned the room and washroom thoroughly but the smell was still very bad. Since the hotel was fully booked (as per the receptionist) i was unable to change the rooms as well.

Worst hotel for everything you have penalty you can’t use swimming pool it’s chargeable but when i book it was including we broke one glass 40 man-at penalties they took.

Value for money, everything was clean, breakfast was excellent, hotel was close to most of the places in baku

Good rooms good bathrooms, nice staff clean and well maintained hotel. Value for money. Breakfast has less choices.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was just okay. While the amenities were decent and the location was convenient, i wouldn't recommend it to travelers or families. The atmosphere didn't quite cater to their preferences, and there were some cultural mismatches that made the experience less enjoyable. For a more suitable stay, i'd suggest looking elsewhere.

I just came from my trip from baku and i had to pay extra charges of 75 mannat as i didn't check in but i wasn't informed about the check in policy. From dubai to baku they didn't ask about the check in but from baku to dubai they did. This isn't right, during my departure i should have been informed about this check in policy. As there is internet issue in baku you could've called me on my number or messaged me. I need a refund for this. Even during booking i wasn't informed about this.

location is very good and hotel staff's behavior is excellent and food is delicious 😋
