Hotel Holiday in Baku Azerbaijan is centrally located l and has got excellent amenities It's worth mentioning that the services of the housekeeping staff Mr Bella was outstanding.... Restaurant staff was courteous and Shef was very cooperative

The property is located very close to the boulevard. Crescent mall is very close. Breakfast spread was very big and there were good options for Indian vegetarians like upma salsa pita bread Hummus etc. The rooms are very spacious and ambient with all amenities

We had a wonderful 6 day trip to Azerbaijan. Weather was very pleasant temp around 12-18 degrees with good winds. Our stay at holiday Inn hotel was quite comfortable with caspian sea view from room and good vegetarian food options.. many good places to visit and see in baku city and also we visited Gobustan and shahadag - both trips were quite good with cultural and scenic beauties.. overall, great 6 day trip to Azerbaijan!

My stay at Holiday Inn Baku was pleasant overall. The hotel offers a comfortable and well-maintained environment, with clean rooms and good amenities. The staff was cooperative and courteous, making the experience enjoyable. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The English communication skills of the housekeeping and room service staff need enhancement for better guest interactions. Additionally, the guest welcome experience felt lacking and could be made more warm and inviting. On the positive side, breakfast was good, and the staff in the restaurant were attentive and professional. If these minor aspects are improved, it would make the stay even more delightful.

Hotel rooms ware not value fir the money, it didn’t have any vibe of holiday inn it’s was like a ordinary hotel anyway i like your servises very prompt and efficient please keep it up regards

We stayed for three days. It’s a nice property having good breakfast options. They changed our room as the first allocated room was having some bad odor.

Overall stay was good cleanliness was also good just staff will not give you smile if you are an indian thats what i observed (some staff)

Rooms were well equipped, hotel is absolutely central in baku. All good and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay and surrounding.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The place is a bit far from city centre. The breakfast is average although many varieties were there. The service is poor.

Best location and wonderful staff. They are probably best hospitality staff in azerbaijan compare to all other properties we stayed in azerbaijan (baku, shahdag, gabala)

Hotel location is very good, food is average but not expensive, swimming pool not working, reception staff rude and not helpful, housekeeping didn’t change bedsheets and comforter cover during our 4 days stay, only normal cleaning, no bathrobes, room service is good. No bell boy (self service) i would not highly recommend it but if you are ok with above information you can try and share your experience.

Our stay at holiday inn, bake was pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel is located a short taxi ride to nizami street and has a whole lit of bars & eateries in it's surrounds making it very convenient if one wishes to step out. The food at the hotel is tasty and affordable. My only grouse is the mattresses need to ve more firm. Every morning, got up with a back ache. The bathrooms were spacious and well stocked with good quality (dove) soap, shampoo & conditioner. Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful !
