Maris Hotel Baku

Maris hotel is safe and secured place, very comfortable and staff are very supportive but they don't know English language, we use Google translate

From outside hotel is good but inside rooms are dirty windows are broken noise is from outside and in washroom leakage from taps bad experience!

they Treated me like King, all the staff are very well behaved, they are verey smart in the work. they allow me early check in without taking charges

very good location and hotel staff is also good, a supermarket and money exchange are also on just walking distance

While checking out they charged 40 manat (indian rs. 2000) for some stains on bedsheets and pillow cover.

Not good clean room and not good stuff, and washroom muslim shower is broken, not repair i am five time told him, but stuff not listening, that's all

Hotel is quite good for price but service is not good. Room service can take upto two days even calling many times. They took so much to provide food in the room. If u want something in room i. E. Like towels or bath gel something you have to wait for couple of hours and have to call multiple times

Only the location is great for the price. There is no facilities and no proper services as a hotel as well as the cleanliness inside room is very bad as they haven’t used the new linen for our bedroom.

I booked two rooms and only one room was provided to me and told to adjust in one room (as all the rooms were over booked ) and make my trip did not even refund my money

The rooms are terrible smells very bad no bathrooms amenities bedsheets full of stain no one we ever come to clean your room my room no tv remote and when i asked they said let them check and if there's none there's nothing they can do just imagine nothing is working in that hotel everything about the hotel is disaster I was supposed to check-out today but i check-out yesterday, that hotel is horrific
