Food - breakfast needs more variety as it’s similar every day location - convenient and easy to go around from Sapphire Inn Hotel walking or by car staff - friendly and young waiters and reception - pleasure to have met them specially reception staff very helpful facilities - the executive room was beautiful - the Sapphire Inn Hotel decor is victorian and pleasing to the eye. Carpets are old and need to be replaced, the ac was not cooling very well.

I have booked sapphire inn for my stay in baku. The location was perfect it is very close to nizami street which seems to be value addition for this property. The staff is very good, soft spoken and cooperative. I would highly recommend this property for stay. I really appreciate mr. Samir and mr. Taimur for their support during our stay.

Great stay and staff was awesome. Rooms are very spacious. Hotel is in the heart of city and 10 mins walking from nizami street. Breakfast options are limited for vegetarian people.

Loved the location. Bfast was great for people who eat european/american bfast. We loved it. Rooms were spacious and ac was great. Unlike some comments i read. Also the nearby shops bravo and all are really good. We liked it in all aspect

Rooms were very clean and big. But quite disappointed at the same time as the wifi signal was very poor in our room and nobody took efforts to better it although we stayed there for 6 nights and last 2 days there was some issues with bathroom pipeline and the bathroom was stinking too much

Location: excellent, very near to all attractions of old baku and nizami street rooms: excellent, neat and comfortable breakfast buffet: enough options for non-vegetarians, but literally nothing for vegetarians, can't complain much about it as Sapphire Inn Hotels go by what majority of guests eat. Staff behaviour: good
