LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD FOOD AND AMENITIES I DIDNT USE SERVICE WAS GOOD IDEAL PLACE TO STAY VALUE FOR MONEY

Location is nice. They have a beautiful park / garden in front of the property. But unfortunately a very bad selection of food. There is no Indian restaurant in the hotel, as advertised. Also for veg food there were only 4 dishes, one pasta, one burger, one cauliflower dish and one bruschetta. When asked if they can make a different pasta other than spaghetti, they refused. Only one restaurant in the entire hotel with next to no food options. So many Indians visiting but no Indian food. Let alone Indian food it's as good as no veg food as well. All in all average experience. Rooms are decent in size. I did receive an upgrade with balcony. However there was no tub in the bathroom, although the bathroom is exceptional huge and had ample room.for a bathtub to be placed. But space is wasted. On the last day the hotel did allow late check out by 2 hours, since I was a bonvoy member. Location is decent. However food and facilities were not.

This is one of the best Marriott properties. The staff is exceptionally good, very kind and helpful. We stayed here for 3 nights and had breakfast included as part of our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here. Narmin helped us with our check-in and she was truly very cooperative. We had arrived after a long over night flight and she made the entire process very smooth for us. The restaurant staff is very well trained and their hospitality is top notch! A special mention for the team at breakfast - Ilkin and Emin Garashov were our servers, very quick and responsive to our requests. Fuad and Niyazi at the eggs counter were also exceptionally good. They were very kind to us and we are truly very grateful for the warm welcome. For the evening drinks and dinner Bakhtiyar and team were also very helpful and cooperative. Thank you for making this one of the most memorable stays. Hi This is the worst Marriott experience I ever had . Front desk was not supportive, they were really rude. We have booked 1 standard and 1 superior room . Standard room has better view than superior room. Slum view was we got after paying some much for superior room . Room interiors are below average. Overall worst experience

Location is Excellent, near old city as well as main station. Having one restaurant operating round the clock. Apart from there are five more restaurants near by/across the road. Doesn't have swimming pool. Rooms are as usual Marriott standard and carefully cleaned. Staffs are very polite trained and English speaking.

Courtyard by Marriott, Baku is a beautiful property situated in the heart of Baku. It looks amazing at night. Most places of tourist interest are situated close by with easy access to public transport. Many malls and eateries are at a walking distance. I will certainly recommend this place to everyone visiting Baku. Last but not least, It is reasonable priced.

Breakfast vegetarian options are very limited with nice quality, ala carte vegetarian food was nice at the restaurant, a few more additions of vegetarian options will definitely add to the experience. location is very nice, close by to all attractions especially nizami street & 24hrs super market. We had booked 4 rooms out of which 2 rooms given were smaller / cramped in size which was a big turn off. Though the remaining 2rooms were as per booking, was not able to make reception understand for this. Rooms had no ventilation system in washrooms or the room itself, only 2 half litres bottles of water are kept per room for 2 guests which is less than the norm of 6-8 bottles of water, though if asked they do provide bottles complimentary. Reception has very limited ppl speaking broken english, but they make an effort to help you.

Everything was great about the property! The location is great and staff is friendly. It’s just that when you book king bed they would book you king/twin bed and surprisingly we got twin bed for our stay !

Best hotel to stay in food was amazing. N the view was on top stay guys are good but some show more attitude so be careful

Had a nice stay. The property itself is great, and I really enjoyed the breakfast – everything was nicely furnished. However, I did face a couple of issues during my stay. First, I was given a room designed for disabled individuals, which made the bathroom quite inconvenient for me. After mentioning it to the staff, I was moved to another room, but unfortunately, it wasn’t as comfortable as the first one. I understand it was due to availability, but it was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything else was fine. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but those two things could have been better.

Decent Hotel, Below Average Service. It would be unfair to the whole Hotel staff to be reviewed in a bad light though it was mainly the doing of one front desk staff who shouldn’t be in this field. The guy did not had one smile during the whole checkin process. Really sorry to see such a person in the business where your attitude is what makes it or breaks it. Overall the hotel is fine in a great location.
