Everything was perfect. location, food amenities etc. There is one suggestion that the property should provide atleast 4 bottles per room per day considering booking is done for a family with kids

To stay, only three minutes away by walk from the happening place, called Nizami street, is definitely is good choice. Rooms are bigger than the any normal size hotel room. staff is well trained and helpful. There are plenty of Indian Restaurant around ,is another added advantage for indian tourists.

Yes the location of the hotel makes it an ideal choice for stay in Baku, As we are strict vegetarian they do not have any options for us for breakfast, so we did not have any food. Rest an average good rooms, but overcharged as compared to other similar or better options such as courtyard Marriott just opposite this hotel.

My wife and I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Mövenpick Winter Park Baku. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. What we loved the most was the hotel’s unbeatable location—just a stone’s throw away from Nizami Street, one of the most lively and vibrant areas in Baku. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku!

The heater wasn't working properly and they had no staff to send. We had to call repeatedly at the reception to get it checked but they were least bothered to help. Even during check out they had no person to get our luggage from the room for check out. We had to do everything ourselves.

Dear hotel associate this hotel is very bad in service this is called robbery that when i want to check out they make me pay for a already broken toilet seat and at first the receptionist fatima told me this cost is 100 azn then it become 200 then 350 what is this is not acceptable you shouldn’t book with them the worst part is that the toilet smell was everywhere

it was wonderful experience. we enjoyed our stay at winter park hotel. The staff and customer service was great. Breakfast was just right to start the day with perfect energy.

I recently stayed at Winter Park Hotel in Baku. Overall, it was a good stay with a few standout points and some areas for improvement. The hotel’s location is a definite advantage, being very close to Nizami Street – within walking distance, which made exploring the area very convenient. The service was generally good, and the staff was polite. Rooms were also good and spacious with good view of flaming tower and Caspian sea. However, a few things could be improved. I found that the breakfast options were limited for vegetarians, which was a bit disappointing. Despite providing feedback, the hotel staff didn’t show much flexibility in accommodating vegetarian options. Additionally, while the hotel was comfortable, it was slightly on the pricier side compared to other options in the area, and I felt it didn’t quite meet the value-for-money expectation. Overall, a decent choice if you’re looking for a centrally located hotel in Baku, but something to consider if vegetarian options and budget are priorities for you.

Cheater hotel staff, they downgrade your room without informing u. Pathetic. Never stay, pathetic experience. They even abused indians.

Location is perfect, near to nizami street which is the most happening street in baku. Food is average, breakfast don't have much choices for vegetarians and staff is not trained properly.
