Hilton Baku

The property is well located, near boulevard and nizami street. Food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. We were given an early check in and also got a smoking room. Would highly recommend this place

It was a comfortable and luxurious stay. Loved the view of the flame towers from the room as well as the amazing location. Breakfast had good vegetarian options, and heated swimming pool was a godsend after long days of exploring the city.

The hotel is at an excellent location. Park Bullavar mall is just right behind. 28May mall and underground shopping street is just walking distance. Even Nazami Street is at a walking distance. The staff was courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

the hotel stay was good.. however very disappointed that i could not get hilton membership points

old property, rude and sometimes racist staff, breakfast is chaotic with limited options. only thing good about the property is that it's location is perfect . would not recommend it to Indians

While the location is great, the hotel is not as luxurious as one would expect. Has decent amenities, good service and good rooms.

Hilton baku is amazing. The property stands out on its own from far because of its huge and unique structure in the city. The room had an excellent view of the three flame towers, and caspian sea. Breakfast had a good variety and was sumptuous. Overall had an excellent stay

This is not a typical Hilton experience you get elsewhere. So please lower your expectations. That said, there is to nothing to complain about. It’s a great value. The location was just about right- 10 min walk from Nizami Street and bang opposite Boulevard. We had some amazing views from the room making us think multiple times even should we step out at all. The restaurants and facilities were nice. Hospitality was fantastic. All in all, would recommend this to everyone

Very good location and perfect breakfast. All staff are kind and cleaning are good also. All facility in hotel is perfect also.

Great location, fairly central. All attractions were within few minutes ride in a cab. Booked a family room with breakfast. Enjoyed the hotel mildly heated pool, spa, hammam etc. Struggled a bit with house keeping staff but the front desk was able to understand english better and very supportive.

It was good. Location was fantastic. Views were stunning. Hospitality was good considering a lot of other hotels were bad stories by my friends

Excellent location- almost all the main spots are around. Such big rooms, very very clean property. Very prompt service. Would love to come bck here.

All things ate good. Room and customer service is very poor. If you order any customer service from room then it takes good amount of time to receive it

The hotel is located in the centre of the city with all amenities. The boulevard is at a walking distance and you can overlook the caspian sea from your hotel room. The staff is helpful and courteous.

We stayed in sea view room, the view from the room was excellent. Happy with the stay and highly recommended.
