Fairmont Baku, Flame Towers

The Hotel is Fantabulous and the Rooms are big and every care is taken for the amenities required. A landmark to stay and get into Tourist by walk. The hotel staff Mr Shareyar was a great guider and support us. Highly recommended for anyone going to Baku. Thanks

No checkin was provided despite of high room availability. Didn’t even offer water while waiting for room.

Horrible!!! Honestly I don’t even want to give one star. I hated the service, the slowest service or I would say “no service at all, do it yourself if u want” attitude! corridors were smelling. I have to keep calling one million times for anything to be done that I almost cried because of their attitude! Rooms are very dirty, this is a 2-star hotel !! Never make the mistake of booking this place! The staff are very rude. I checked out the very next day and moved to a different better hotel.

We came to fairmont bake for our honeymoon, booking a 4-night stay from december 30th, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. Since our arrival, the service has been subpar. The heater in our room doesn't work, and the sink has been clogged, with water not draining properly. To make matters worse, there's been no water in the hotel since 11 am, and despite being told it would be restored by 1 pm, we are still waiting with no clear resolution. When we spoke with the manager about our concerns, he responded dismissively, suggesting we should have booked a "10-star hotel" instead. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable, especially from a supposed 5-star hotel. We are extremely disappointed with both the service and the treatment we've received, and it has marred what should have been a special and memorable occasion.

Stay was really good and staff was friendly. Food was really good and the services were top class.

The staff is very uncooperative and every time we asked for information- we were not provided correct information or given contradictory views. Considering that there is a language barrier, the least you expect is that the staff of a 5 star hotel to make life easier for you. Apart from the staff, the rooms were great! but the location is not the best.

No amenities were placed in the room, dental kits; shaving kits were not placed, washbasin was getting choked,

Room amenities were average, staff was very laid back and certainly not the kind of service one would expect as a disabled person with special needs. Breakfast wasn’t good enough and repetitive. Staff seemed reluctant in doing their job, doorman didn’t open the door one time in 4 days even after noticing a assisted person walking with help of a cane, breakfast buffet staff wouldn’t help serve anything on the table even for disabled guests unless we requested the manager a few times and the manager was nice enough to assist himself, the junior staff wouldn’t help. Housekeeping needed constant reminders to leave basic amenities like water and other basics like 2 towels instead of 1 and got them rather reluctantly after multiple calls and reminders. All staff had difficulty communicating in english. Disabilities and special needs set aside, the basic fairmont hotel guest experience wasn’t worth the price and deserving of the cost of stay. Seemed like they’re trying too hard to cut costs every way possible and not able to deliver the expected quality of service and stay.

Fairmont name doesn't feel right with this property and staff as many things were looked over and not cared for in detail like when i checked in their were no bath towels second day they didn't leave some. Water

The breakfast was poor. The room service was poor. They didnt have towels in the room. They took 2 days to deliver the same to the room

Fantastic property, spacious room, clean lobbies, well lit. Wish we had stayed on the water side view for a day or two more. We got a good deal on mmt.

Super infrastructure. No humanbeing. Fully commercial. No hospitality. We went there at 2. 30 for check in they are asking to wait for half-hour in the lobby. But next day11. 30am they knock the door to vacate.
