Excellent Stay

I wish I could give them 6 stars for everything thing. The property is located right in the heart of Baku which makes it a perfect place to stay for tourists. We have Baku Boulevard just across the road which gives an amazing view of the Caspian sea coastline. Daniz Mall is 1 km away but its an amazing walk. On the other side of the street we have baku old city which is the best tourist destination. Then we have Nizami street which is the main walking street in Baku nearby. I assure you will be visiting all these 3 places Baku Boulevard, Old town and Nizami street multiple times. You will find cab pickups, tour pickups, and city tour buses within walking distance. Coming to the rooms, rooms are very well maintained and spacious. The bathroom is an art in itself. The balcony straghit away opens in the very lively walking street. Service - The staff here is so well trained and helpful. We stayed here for 5 night and I have never heard a "no" from them. They will do everything to make your stay memorable. There is absolutely no cons of this The Merchant Baku. Whenever I am visiting baku again I won't look for any other option.

Everything about The Merchant Baku was delightful. From the check in process, the staff was prompt and helpful. The The Merchant Baku is done up very beautifully, with eclectic art work and delightful coffee table books. It felt truly luxurious. The rooms were well equipped and tastefully decorated. The brassware in the bathrooms was exquisite, and the rain showers just amazing. The breakfast spread was also very vast. The location is on point - walkable from Old Town and the Promenade, with superb restaurants in the vicinity.

The stay at the Hotel Merchant was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was superb, with easy access to all the attractions nearby. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and they even made vegetarian sandwiches for breakfast upon request. We also enjoyed the late checkout until 3 pm, which was a huge plus. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with excellent air conditioning. It was a short but perfect stay.
