Wyndham Baku

Rooms were large and clean. But the breakfast was pathetic. The lighting was very dim so the entire vibe was dingy.

Firstly, they don’t have rooms ready and gave me a room at a neighbouring property called Innab inn.. that was a downgrade and don’t even have a coffee machine. Neither did they have proper service and food was below average.

There is no proper response in the hotel. Food quality needs to improve. We faced lot of issues but housekeeping team is not properly responding. On the 4th day of stay they didn’t even clean the room. No photos

The breakfast was average and the staff was not polite. The room was spacious and big. The food quality and options need to be improved.

No toiletries, no bath towels, no drinking water, no room service after 8 pm, very bad experience would not suggest to stay

Reception staffs were friendly, except that everything was a disaster. Rooms were too hot, temperature will not go below 28 inside the room. No housekeeping performed second day of stay. Restaurant staffs were with a kind of attitude. Terrible experience. Rooms are over heated, imagine sleeping in a room the whole night with more than 28 degrees temperature. Even you switch off the ac, no option for ventilation. Only option was to keep the doors open since the corridors were normal temperature. Receptionists were of no help except for apologising for this situation. Restaurant staffs are so weird. They are at their own world, you need to learn to adjust to their convenience. Location is away from main city. Will never recommend this property to anyone travel-ling from india or middle east. Dirty and smelly room. Packed from all side. Ac not working. Limit on water bottles to 1l per day. Overall worst experience ever.
