Terrible Stay
familyWe landed at midnight for which we booked 2 rooms for an entire day as we needed a place to rest. Upon reaching the hotel we were shocked to know that the hotel had only 1 room reserved in spite of our voucher clearly mentioning 2 rooms booking. The receptionist showed us an email stating 1 room from his travel partner. We had to pay for an extra room as we were 2 couples in spite of the payment made for 2 rooms. It was horrible and unfair.
