Sapphire City Hotel

Amazing location, one of the best, great rooms and room sizes, I booked suite, it's really great, great service too. Only negative is their Breakfast, it's no where for Indians.

No car parking, you have to carry your bags to your room sometimes, location and cleaning services are perfect but expensive a bit , hotel restaurant is poor from service side and customer care , we found many ants in the bread but they didn’t care as many other people was complaining at the same time

Please don't blindly trust the mm t on our booking voucher they mentioned the balcony but the hotel denied at the time of check in. Mm t offered compensation after completing our journey. Now about the hotel, it was good hotel specially location is superb easy access for everything though we don't like the hospitality they were kind of rude. But apart from that everything was a fun.

Excellent location its in the center of city. Staff is polite and courteous. However this time disappointed with the breakfast spread.

Location is excellent, right on nizami street. And the rooms are good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Regarding breakfast, while it was decent but it had same options everyday and hot food was not kept hot.

Best stay in the heart of the city specially for families. Food was ok ok for indians but hotel was best

Overall staying was a good experience. The bigger advantage of the hotel is the location. Very close to nizami street and also old bake city. If you want to stay in central location then worth to stay. Staff was friendly, only issue was communication as mostly don’t understand english.

Amazing location. Price is expensive. Good breakfast. Cars don't go to hotel, appx 20 mtrs from road. If you want to live in heart of bake then worth the penny.

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay, with all the amenities and located very close to all the attractions. Situated in the heart of nizami street.

The property is centrally located at fountain square food is good. Please add fountain square in property adress

Worst experience and definitely over rated. They charge for the water in room which i never saw in any hotels in azerbaijan. They had hair everywhere in the room. Bathroom was not having proper water flash. The staffs were not cooperative at all and instead fought with us to leave the room no longer after 12 pm. They didn’t even bother giving us 10 mins and asked us to pay for a full day if extended for even 10 mins. Worst breakfast with no proper food. Pls dont fall in traps of pictures

I arrived at the hotel and upon check in the receptionist told me that my reserved 2 executive rooms reservation has been downgraded due to hotel maintenance issues and no availability of the same room category therefore i asked for my right-full compensation but they asked me to contact the agency i booked from and i told them there is no issue with my agency the room been downgraded due to hotel maintain-ace issues.
