Theatrum Hotel

The hotel is very neat and clean and well maintained, Bathrooms are big and clean but the rooms are little cosy, location is the main highlight, restaurants easily available and very very good location, breakfast is same every day but decent with good variety

The location was amazing, but hotel service was very bad. Room very small. Telecom wasn't working. Had to contact them multiple times for a small thing like water bottle.

We are from india and stayed here for 4 nights with my wife and infant of 11 months. Staff here is very friendly and helpful. They helped us to cook food for our baby and also helped us in all requests. We will recommend this hotel to everyone as this property is at nizami street and everything is easily accessible by walk. Rooms are clean and room service is available 24hrs.

The only thing I would say is - Location. I had the worst experience for the first time. Hygiene is zero in this hotel. I was with my family and we were not even able to stand for few mins in washroom. Rooms, bed, chair and the curtains everything are so old, we could not even try to sit or use properly. The water heater was never washed it seems from let few months or years. Room and washroom are smelling very bad and couldn’t take our bath in our overall stays. We were happy to stay outside through the day and night rather going back to hotel! Horrible experience we had!

5 star for Location of the hotel , it's at the heart of the Nizami Street. Breakfast was ok but could have more options. The only negative is that the hotel staff is very rude

Overall a pleasant stay at the theatrum hotel. The location of hotel is not on a vehicular street which means a car cannot drop you in front of your hotel. The nearest car park location is 5 minutes walk from the hotel and the luggage bags had to be hand carried to & fro. The location of the hotel on the nizami street is the best part of this property. The morning breakfast was included in our stay. The menu hardly changed any day. However the staff was courteous and would oblige for any personal request.

The location of the hotel is super. It's right on nizami street. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet is also good. Rooms are very small. Ideal for solo travellers.
