Istanbul Gold Hotel Baku

No one works on request even for water. imagine your room number is shared with people with no business in hotel. The thin guy the receptionist thinks he owns the hotel. he is the most useless person in istanbul hotel. I will try and escalate this matter to FTG. Pimps all over the reception and outside hotel door. Hated to be in such a hotel.

The location was not the most prime—it was a bit far from Nizami Street—but the host was very nice and welcoming. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant. The best part was the price; it was really good for the value offered. If you don’t mind being a little further from the main area, this is a great budget-friendly option.

Room was bad it was not as shown in picture. There was no one to listen to, linen was bad and dirty and washroom was too small

It was nice trip . Locality and staff are very helpful.This place is very safe and also near to Indian restaurant. Nizami street is also near from location .

Very pathetic hotel don't stay here, rooms are very small bathrooms are very very small, no staff for service, only bread in the veg options, room service are very bad you have to call 2 to 3 times for anything.

It is a best hotel near nizami street. The staff is polite and cooperating. Services are on time.

There was cockroaches in the room and the rooms were too small no space to even walk and the price was more so overall not a good experience.

Dirty bathroom, stinky floor, dirty bedsheet. Holes on comforter. We booked it just for a day but it is just waste of money

I had mentioned 1 adult and a single bed obviously. I was giving twin beds which gets apart in the middle of night which lead a serious injury on my body.

Neat and clean, economical and good behaviour english speaking staff. Recommend to stay for long term as well

Found the hotel The staff is overall good. There was a 18 year young boy at the lobby who was very friendly. Meantime one of the staff boys taked us rude one day while we were asking extra key. He even refused to get extra key payment by cash and talked us harshly. The room bed sheet is torn a bit and only small pieces of sheets were there to cover the body from cold which are not bedsheets at all. The Breakfast room was not very attractive and clean. The breakfast staff gets a lot of time to prepare the meals so we had to skip the meal

The room was small and unclean, full of cigarette smell, it was claustrophobic with ac making noise every 10-15 mins, couldn't sleep well. We had asked for a change of room on day 1, but were denied saying it's fully occupied, where people were checking in front of us. We would want a refund of the stay here.

Worst service by the hotel. Dirty rooms and bathrooms. Dirty bedsheets. Room is in very bad condition. Too much noisy and light at night so we couldn’t sleep properly. Breakfast not given no refund for breakfast
