Overall average experience. Location is good, food was below average. Rooms didn't have sufficient ventilation. Service was bad.

it was good the hotel had all the aminiyies and had a good buffet breakfast… loved its location just 100metres from nizami street and loved its vibes and how they have preserved the old palace

Duty manager was so ignorent. My room was smelling . I requested him to solve the issue but he said i can not do anything. I told him i can't room smelling like this he said do what you want to do. I checked out from hotel atvkid night around 2 o'clock. Terrible.

hotel is nice n clean, located in Old city of Baku. Walking distance to many historical places. breakfast is good

this hotel is a very nice and comfortable stay right in the middle of old Baku city. All heritage centres are at walkable distance.

I stayed with my wife and the bathroom smells so bad. Food was okay

Very bad rooms compared to the price of the room. Dull lighting/worst beds (very hard mattress) the staff is really helpful, but one of the staff gave the wrong info on bringing the car to the hotel.

Whilst the amenities, food was good but may be due to christmas the room services were very slow and also i asked for a extension for one of the room as my baby was sleeping but they said the hotel is full and the next guest is waiting, nevertheless it's an excellent place to stay, good breakfast and friendly staff

My stay at shah palace hotel was an amazing experience. It’s located at the old city and Nazim i street is in walkable distance. The staff were very kind and helpful. Will definitely recommend.

The location of this hotel is perfect and so is the room, just one word for it- beautiful and comfortable stay. We enjoyed our royal stay here and the balcony overlooking the old bake street was a favorite selfie spot.

Property is good but the staff is not good, very less options of food for vegetarians. Need to improve a lot and look forward to solve the problems of guests

The hotel was not good and the staff is non cooperative and especially the bell boy n ol. No parking facility for the taxi and no one takes the luggage to double gate just 50 meter far. We had to carry all our belongings ourselves. Very poor management and worst behaviour. The room we got on our last day of stay was very smelly. No proper lift to 4, 5 floor. Only the location is good. Overall had the worst experience in shah palace baku. Regards aaina. This place is just good to see only
