Sapphire Hotel

I booked Sapphire Hotel at Nasimi for two family we were with 3 kids and booked two Family Suite when we reached the property denied check in at 8.30 pm we were helpless and make my trip had no clue what happened. We ended up paying two times of the amount and got stuck for 3 hours after a long journey. We would never recommend to book any property in Baku through MMT as they have no controlled and our booking was non refundable which means MMT had to Confirm with property before booking which they failed miserably and we had to pay taxi over 200 Mannat additional for moving us to 4 property before we could get the new hotel at midnight 12 am we checked and paid twice the amount.

The worst hotel

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life,they charge so much and it’s like a horror building with 20% lights on.They mention air conditioning but after you reach they say that we don’t put the ac on so you can keep the windows open and stay. i paid so much for my suite room but it was more like a horror room,my small baby was bitten up by mosquitoes.

It was a worst experience i have ever had in any hotel till date. Without permission they enter room for cleaning, no bedsheets, no pillow cover, no slippers, water leakage from top in bathroom
