Fortuna Hanoi Hotel

Fortuna hotel Hanoi is a five star hotel with all the facilities in the hotel. Apart from hotel facilities it also houses a Casino and a Karoke club. The major issue with hotel is it is oriented towards Chinese and Western visitors however what I saw, The majority of Guests were Indian. the is no choice in Indian food, No Indian channels on TV and staff does not understand English. the main area to visit in Hanoi is Old Quarters but the hotel is far off from it. The spa is unprofessional and reception staff is clueless.

If visitors are indian then they can only stay here. They cannot have food. Otherwise, the hotel, cleaning, staff, and services are good.

This hotel is perfect for a business traveller. Really hospitable and english speaking staff. And a big lobby and good restaurants for meetings. The price is also reasonable and comparable to ibis / mercure. I loved my stay here for 2 nights.

This people don't have any kind of courtesy. They don't serve us vegetarian or vegan options for breakfast. They don't provide any plates or cutlery in room. Very small rooms, just ordinary rooms. Don't waste your money on this hotel. We lost our room key card, they charged us for it. Don't go to this hotel's bar. It's a way costly.

I stayed in Fortuna Hotel for first time and really like the location. Staff was courteous. I Am a vegetarian, and was really happy to See that they offered some varieties for vegetarian. Like pasta, pizza, noodles and rice. Lots of good restaurants bare also nearby if someone prefers to ear out.

Room stay was average, small room- minimal place to move around and not much amenities. Breakfast was okay- not much choices- however since there were many Asian tourist then- there was paucity each time. Hotel staff did their best to accommodate every guest. Casino and karaoke joints in the lobby floor, makes coffee shop- restaurant in evening unusable due to high noise. Reception and concierge are good to support with just 220 K VND for airport drop. Hanoi has better hotels and preferences.
