Excellent hospitality, very hygiene, well supported by service team except breakfast, not as expected matching the name VILLA ROTANA.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Rotana, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything about my stay was absolutely seamless and enjoyable. Location: The location of Villa Rotana is simply unbeatable. Situated conveniently on Sheikh Zayed Road, it’s just minutes away from iconic attractions like the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Fountain. The Business Bay metro station is also a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Despite being in the heart of Dubai, the atmosphere inside the hotel felt calm, quiet, and relaxing – a welcome retreat from the buzz of the city. Food: The dining experience at Villa Rotana was delightful. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Moka Café, which offered a great variety of fresh and flavorful options – from Middle Eastern specialties to international favorites. The staff (Mr Allan, Mr Sachin) was attentive, making sure every guest’s needs were met. Service: This is where Villa Rotana truly shines. The staff is exceptionally warm, courteous, and professional. From the front desk team to housekeeping and restaurant staff, every interaction felt genuinely welcoming. The housekeeping team also deserves a mention for keeping the room spotless and ensuring all my preferences were taken care of without needing a reminder. Overall Experience: Villa Rotana is the kind of place that makes you feel at home even when you’re miles away. It blends comfort, luxury, and warm hospitality in a way that makes your stay not just pleasant, but memorable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubai – whether for business or leisure.

I had originally booked a studio, when i checked in anna was very helpful suggesting me to take a 1 br suite. That was a good choice for two of us. Overall it was a good experience in this hotel. About housekeepers, always very helpful doing the job perfect. A special mention to sai kumar who was very friendly and did a neat job.

Rooms are very comfortable and service is very good by staff. It is adjacent to business bay metro station and it is walkable distance to burj khalifa and comfortable to go to any tourist places in dubai.

Had the best stay at villa rotana. They had all the amenities. Iron box, iron table, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and what not. The hospitality was great and the location is very near to almost all the major tourist attractions. Burj khalifa is also visible from the hotel.

Nearest to metro and nearest to indian hotel at buissnes bay nus t love the place and services

May be could add a bit more personal touch to the facilities provided to the guests. That would perhaps add more value for money.

A very elegant hotel, with all sort of facilities, big room, wide range of breakfast, swimming pool and V near to Bay metro Station, I found this hotel very good. The hotel staffs were very helpful for providing all assistance including early check-in, which we needed the most, after a Long flight from London. It's location is very good and you can have view of Burj Khalifa the moment you come out from this hotel. All local tours in reasonable price are arranged by this hotel.

The hotel is located centrally from all tourist spots and near the business bay metro station. The staff was very courteous and professional. We had a great experience.

Got good welcome at reception. My room was free upgraded. Room was clean, big and with all the facilities. Room service was very good. Breakfast was good and with lot of varieties. Overall very good experience and will stay again there in future and also recommend others for stay.

The food choices, especially for vegetarians, is very limited. Most people do not know where the Location is. An airport pickup and drop would help. The front office and concierge were helpful and courteous. A loyalty program and one more place to eat would be welcome. The absence of a Bar is a deterrent as one has to go out for the same. The choice of television channels were also very limited. The decor of the room was good and it was spacious.

The hotel is situated behind the Burj Khalifa and the location is excellent. Staff is marvellous. Service is excellent. Rooms are well decorated. Overall the hotel is best choice to stay in. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I would like to prefer everyone to stay in villa rotana.

Hotel is located few meters from business bay metro station. It is also near to best club-inka and few top rated cafes . Rooms were perfectly cleaned and all facilities are up to the mark . Morning breakfast includes veg food as well.

Very good location. Close to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Short walk to the Business Bay metro. I would have given a excellent to location in case the room view was better. I got a room with window overlooking the central lobby. Would obviously have preferred a room overlooking the skyline. The other downside is the WiFi. They provide free WiFi in the lobby. So why is the WiFi in the room chargeable? That is the main reason for the facilities to be average. But the availability of the kitchenette with stove, fridge, microwave, utensils, etc really helped. Room also includes a washing machine. If the WiFi was free, I would have given an excellent to facilities.
