A little far from patong Town. This property was value for money as I was there on 31st of Dec and I booked at last time so had no choice. Still enjoyed the same. Rooms are little noisy as it is ab butting the road. Rest it was a comfortable stay as we booked executive room twin bed as we were travelling with kids we had enough space with the kids.
