The stay is cozy but staff is very rude. The location is good, everything is nearby, however checkin and checkout experience including room service is very bad.

No hospitality service- location was good amenities- dirty swimming pool- no hospitality and poor services

Had a nice stay staff is very friendly at the reception and helpful always smiling and a very accessive hotel

While making booking spa and other aminities were mentioned but in physical there was no such amenities. Swimming pool was not at all cleaned could not enjoy at all

Everything was good but after booking for 3adult for 3nights, on arrival they they told room booked for 2adult and 1child and charged extra 1500bht for 1adultfor 3night.

perfect stay best location but they don't provide room service...rooms are very very spacious as per indian standards. .booked 2 rooms 1 twin and one king suite....pool is not upto mark...couldn't go inside so if traveling with kids that could b an issue . right across the room was the ocean and beach...left side 7 11

The hotel is at an amazing spot. Just on the beach. One does not need to ho anywhere. All hot shot places are on walking distance including the famous patong beach. Best hotel to book without breakfast as you will stay in the hi-tel very less and on the beach more. A lot of shops for eating near by. If i visit Phuket again. I will book the same hotel without any second thoughts

Lovely location right opposite the beach. Very clean rooms and hospitable staff. Close to 7/11 store and walking distance to the patong walking street. Overall very nice location and hygienic sty recommend 10/10.

Room has a moldy smell. Good location. Reasonably priced. A little dated and could use some improvement.

Location: really good. Just on the other side of the beach and close to Bangla Road. amenities and services: There was no service other than room cleaning. The room air conditioning was not working properly. The toilets were not functional. There wad hardly any staff in the hotel. The overall upkeep of the hotel was poor...There was some paint job happening in the property and we could see paint buckets in the floor lobby. We should not have this listing on the website. They have fleeced us. The only reason we stayed was because of last minute booking. Really dissatisfied and disappointed with the stay.

Very unprofessional staff, no services of food, general amenities. One should avoid to stay here as the energies/ vibe of hotel is very bad

Very old property and staff is unprofessional. Better to stay somewhere else not worth to here.
